Our Mental Health Ambassador And Champions

The role of our Mental Health Champions is to support our athletes to access the mental wellbeing benefits of running, remove stigma and get people talking about mental health. Champions will NEVER be expected to provide mental health support in the role but they will be able to signpost our athletes for professional support with their mental health.

Our Mental Health Ambassador has to be a qualified mental health worker and can support mental health as he or she is qualified to do so.
