Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Membership Sign Up
Your privacy is important to Masfield Harriers & AC. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that Mansfield Harriers & AC collect in the membership sign up process and the ways in which the Harriers uses that personal information.
When you become a member of or renew your membership with Mansfield Harriers & AC you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics portal). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your profile on the myAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org.

• to provide to England Athletics as part of your membership to them
